1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the dundunn platform ("Service") operated by dundunn LLC ("dundunn", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

dundunn is a business operating system for independent professionals, currently offering:

  • Trading tools: a user-configurable analytics engine where you author your own scoring formulas, setups, and rules from a library of standard public indicators; derived market analytics; an impersonal market narrative; and descriptive AI features that narrate your own data and settings
  • Trade management: journaling, position tracking, performance analytics
  • Broker integration: OAuth-based connections to brokerage accounts for data access and order execution
  • Fitness optimization: wearable data integration and cross-product performance correlation (coming soon)
  • Business management: expense tracking, document management, P&L reporting (coming soon)

dundunn LLC is a software company. We are NOT a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary.

We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or personalized financial recommendations of any kind.

Nothing in dundunn is a recommendation. dundunn provides tools, engines, and your own data — it ships no preset strategies, screeners, scores, or recommendations. All scoring formulas, setups, and rules are authored by you from a library of standard components. Any score, grade, match, or analytical output reflects your own criteria applied to your own data, computed deterministically — it is the tool executing your inputs, not dundunn’s judgment, opinion, or recommendation. dundunn’s AI features describe and narrate your own data and settings; they do not compute trade direction or generate recommendations. All such output is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only, and nothing in dundunn should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You make all trading decisions. dundunn does not trade autonomously, manage your money, or make decisions on your behalf. Every order submitted through dundunn is initiated, reviewed, and confirmed by you.

4. Risk Disclosure

TRADING RISK WARNING

Trading involves substantial risk of financial loss. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Options and leveraged products carry additional risk. Past performance of any strategy, indicator, score, or setup shown in dundunn does not guarantee future results.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any trade is appropriate for your financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

5. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use dundunn.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Broker Integrations

  • Broker connections are authorized either directly with your broker or through a connection partner's secure portal — we never access or store your broker login credentials.
  • You authorize dundunn to view your account data and submit orders on your behalf.
  • dundunn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brokerage. Your connected brokerage is an independent third party.
  • You may revoke broker access at any time through dundunn settings or your broker's account settings.
  • dundunn is not responsible for broker outages, execution quality, fills, or any actions taken by your broker.

7. AI Features

  • dundunn’s AI features narrate and describe your own data, history, and settings (market narratives, retrospective analysis, coaching). They do not compute trade direction, generate recommendations, or decide what to trade — all computation runs in tools you configure, and the AI describes the result.
  • AI features process your inputs through third-party model providers. We may use more than one provider, and any provider we use is bound by equivalent data terms. Providers do not train on your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • AI features use credits that are included in your subscription tier. Separately purchasable credit packs are coming soon.
  • AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
  • We are not responsible for trading decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
  • AI credit packs (coming soon) will be non-refundable one-time purchases.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The dundunn platform — its engines, primitive component libraries, educational methodology templates, UI design, and infrastructure — is the intellectual property of dundunn LLC.
  • Your authored configurations, scoring formulas, setups, rules, trades, notes, and settings remain yours. We claim no ownership over your content.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute dundunn's proprietary scoring or analytical systems.

10. Data and Market Information

  • Market data displayed in dundunn comes from your connected broker account, from market data dundunn licenses from third-party data providers, and/or from derived analytics computed from licensed data sources.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data or analytics.
  • Derived market analytics (breadth and other market metrics) are computed values and may differ from other data sources. Confluence and setup scores are computed from formulas you author.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUNDUNN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dundunn LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading activities, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. dundunn may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before or within 30 days of termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
